The Hourglass District is the name of the approximately one-block development that was purchased by a developer and named after the nearby Hourglass Lake.
By definition, the Hourglass District is not a real district because it does not meet the size and number of businesses required to qualify as a district. However, the Hourglass District (Development), is within the Curry Ford West district boundaries. The developer has been a wonderful partner to the Curry Ford West district, and we eagerly look forward to seeing this partnership continue to grow and benefit the Curry Ford West district as a whole.
